Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided us with a spot to sleep during our 4-night stay. The rooms, although dated with a big crack in the ceiling and no dresser, were clean and well-accommodated, albeit small. The service was very helpful and courteous, with staff like Willy and Jeff being extremely friendly and excited for my adventures despite the cold weather. The location was excellent, close to attractions and restaurants, with clean and inviting spaces. The dining experience, although limited and requiring an upgrade fee, offered a good selection of treats. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were amazing, with a refreshing smell of eucalyptus and fantastic views from the top floor pool area, but unfortunately, cleanliness fell short of the high standards expected from a Fairmont property, and the extra $100 charge was unexpected. The room was also warmer than desired, impacting the overall comfort.
The hotel offered a clean and bright room, though in need of an upgrade given the high rates. The service was very friendly and attentive. The location was great, close to the Exchange district. The dining experience was lackluster. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel is well-located within walking distance of downtown, the Forks, and several cultural centers, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were small but very quiet, clean, bright, and well-appointed, although offering limited space for the price. The service was exceptional, with the staff demonstrating great teamwork, kindness, and exceeding our expectations. The dining experience offered a wide variety of incredible options, although one dish was not up to standard. The location and service overshadow any shortcomings, providing a great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit old-fashioned, were quiet and comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The location was perfect for nightlife and exploring cultural centers, but the congestion outside was a small drawback. The dining options were legendary, and the facilities were excellent with all my needs taken care of.
